    That's really pretty. Is it based on a modified log cabin pattern?

    No smcfadden... it is all just templets that fit together as the arms of the tree's limbs. You make each side of the limbs, join it in the center and then put the bottom and top on seperately. As far as I can remember, that was a very long time ago.

    Not only did you finish it (it's beautiful), but it looks like you had the spot already in mind when you made it. It's hanging in a perfect spot!
