Twin Size 3D Maze, get lost in a jungle!
#25
Thank you! I fuss over the borders way too much. They need a border, but what will look best? I am happy with the simplicity of the piano keys. The negative space is a FMQ's dream. I think I will quilt some animal shapes in the light fabric. Wouldn't that be cool?

It took quite a while to first, figure out how to do these, and second, how to make a maze that is balanced and pleasing to the eye. I play and play and play to get the maze to look just right. It is very easy to create an awkward pattern. LOL! I make them and hang them on the wall, examine them, then start playing with the pattern. The finished mazes hardly resemble what I started with.

Thank you! I am hoping my future grands like them, too. None of my four adult children are married yet, so it may be a while before I have grands old enough to play with these. My friends' children love the mazes. The kids do more than run their eyes through the maze like we adults do.

Thanks for the nice comments! I have a blue maze for the blue bedroom and now I have this green one for the green bedroom. The third room is purple, but it probably won't stay purple, so I have no plans for beds in that room yet. It also has a bunk bed, which means it should have coordinating quilts. I need to repaint the room - maybe I should pick the fabric first! Anyone every do that?
