Izy: Thanks for the information. I have just the fabric for the quilt and
will definitely get to work on it right away. I have secretly set a goal
for myself to make my 6 great nieces all a quilt for them to cuddle up
with and I have 2 finished and 4 to go. So I was in a search for a
quick and labor intensive looking pattern, as I started with, without
all the work, some of the girls are wondering if they are going to be
the next to get a quilt. The oldest is 5 so I have to get busy so they
get them before they graduate. LOL I really appreciate it.

Well this pattern works up quick and you can lay out the blocks in several ways getting a completely different look, so you might end up making a few, I would be interested to see yours when you have it done, so don't forget to post us plenty of pictures please :D

    Have fun!! :D

    Izy:
I am technology illierate, and do not know how to put pictures on
the internet, or the camera, as my teacher, has completed college,
got his degree and has left the nest. But I hope to add that knowledge
to bring me up to date sometime in the near future. Possibly when
he stops by for a visit he can do some photography for me. Will see,
I am so excited for my weekend from work to come so that I can
jump right in and get this quilt in progress. Thank you much, for
    your kindness.

I understand your fears, but you can learn, it is not that difficult if you have a digital camera, I hope your 'teacher' comes home soon and can show you how :D Then we will all help you til your confidence grows :D

In the meantime we can visualise how you are getting on with plenty of verbal description added lol!! :D :D :D
