    These are pictures of the twister I started this weekend. I forgot to take a picture before I started cutting so a couple of rows have already disappeared. I'm ready for borders. I used 4.5" squares and a 3.5" border. I then cut the blocks 3.5" and had Very little waste. I will use the waste in the outer borders. I made my own template.

    the squares are all sewn together

    That is a cool quilt. That pattern transforms wonderfully. Great job.

    Nice quilt.......I am making a charity quilt with this method. I like the size of template you used....little waste.

    I think I will make a film strip border, if possible If not, I'll use them in another project.

    Your Twister looks great. I use my leftover 1 1/2" pieces left over for crumb pot holders & quilt blocks.
