Having a new friend to take your LQS is a treat! You get to learn more about their likes and dislikes in fabrics and they just seem to infuse a certain kind of excitement into the process.

The store manager was all kinds of happy too, especially knowing that someone from the other side of the mountain had come to visit. I live in a smallish mountain town, so when we get visitors from other areas, it's extra special! :D

    Hi Ronda,

If you're ever up this way for a drive, let me know, I'd love to meet a fellow quilter.

Where in CO are you? I'm down in the four corners area - long way from everywhere, but would love to know others from here. Does look like you both had a wonderful time. I'm just a beginner, but am looking forward to many colors and quilts!
