    There used to be licensed Cardinal cotton fabric but it has been discontinued. All I can find now is fleece.
    Another case of I should've bought it when I first saw it.
    I found the image, enlarged it and traced it on the fabric. Then I used dye pens (not paint pens) and colored it in. There is no Cardinal fabric on this planet in cotton :) I know because I hunted for it.
