How did you attach the doilies? I have a few made by my mom that I would love to incorporate into a quilt but don't know how. Any advice?
I pressed them really well to start then put the pink fabric in a hoop and pulled it taught, but not tight. I had marked the center of the fabric to start with then lined up the center of the doily with the center of the fabric. I tacked the doily down using thread that matched the crochet yarn in discrete places on each round of the doily. I used a whip stitch, so nothing fancy. Then I assembled the quilt. Hope that helps.

those are great and I love that you used pink. Usually I mostly see ppl using it in baby quilts.
That's a great use of that block and the small quilt, I just know your dd loves it.

Thanks for the instructions. Sounds easy enough for me to attempt (she says with a laugh).
