Thanks Angie... The topper was my first attempt at sashing with a square at the corners. It's a little quilt, too... just repurposed for a while...

I always have my laptop next to my Juki, and a good tutorial going.. How did anybody ever learn how to quilt without all the wonderful tutes?! Even my sewing table was made from Margarita McManus' tutorial... and I LOVE it...

Love your doll quilts, I'm doing them also because I love to learn all different techniques, but don't want to make large quilts. They are such fun, and I'm don't ever plan on growing up. I may grow older but I don't grow up.

I think they're both lovely! And what doll is going to complain about getting a nice new quilt?

I was always told, practice makes perfect, and you're heading that way! I too was discouraged, at first, and if one is off, I usually take apart and do over now. Am still no perfectionist, but love to do them! Yours looks good to me!!! Keep it up!

You are way too hard on yourself, those are so pretty! I think you did a great job!

I like both of them. Don't be so hard on yourself. You do great work.

I do love your doll quilts. I've made a few; guess I should post them sometime?
