    Default Two Twisters for Twins

These two are for my soon-to-be-born great-nephews, yet to be named. First time I did this pattern. Don't think I'll do it again; I'm happy with the results, but it wastes a lot of fabric. I used and saved what I could. For example, the borders are made from the scraps left over from cutting the twister shapes. (I used that twister ruler.)

I did stitch-in-the-ditch over the twister pattern, then free motion on the borders-- stippling in the off-white area; then just fun stuff on the borders. Binding is 2.5" double folded.

tried to delete that second photo; that's another set of twins with quilts I made for them several years ago.

I love the quilts. And the twins are cute, too. Even if they weren't supposed to be in the picture. LOL
