Both are pretty but I like the first mixed one better.

Great idea! If you want to give similar quilts just differentiate the sashings!

I would try to put all of it together for a quilt if you have enough. You have the yellow in one group and red in the other. They are gorgeous. I just love them both. They blend with each other. It would be unique together.

I like both but leaning towards the yellow sashing a little more.

I like both, but think the red looks the more vintage... maybe thats because of my grandmother liking red... this is 1 pattern I have on my list, so I am taking a longer look than most... maybe.

I love both, and you gave me a great idea a person could make 4 or more of those and make a great quilt.

Love them both. Would be tempted to raid my stash further and make an entire quilt. The yellow is more subtle while the red makes a statement.

I love pretty much anything made in that style with those fabrics. I'd be hard pressed to choose. I think my vote would go to the red sashing just because I like the sashing color better. Either one could happily life in my house with all of my other fake 1930's quilts.
