    What a great pattern. I hadn't ever seen this one before and you did an absolutely beautiful job. Your choice of fabrics is superb and your handwork is wonderful. Aren't you glad it is finished and can now be hung with pride. Really nice. The quilter did terrific work, too. What a relief after all the hard work you put into it!!

    Hi JoanPooley - no I haven't been to the quilting guild in Hamilton. Keep meaning to get there but something always seems to come up on the Saturday that they have the meeting. At the moment I have a sick daughter and she spends a lot of time in hospital or at support meetings or in ED. Sometimes I wonder how I manage to get any sewing done. Do you go to the guild?
