    I agree, it looks great! Seems to me shashing as you go is easier.

    I know what you are talking about with your sashing.You could still continue with the sashing, as is, just don't add your coner stones on each one of the long strips, so the conerstones will take care of two strips. Draw yourself a pic. out just using your sashing, or lay out all the blocks including sashing and place your conerstones where needed before you sew anymore together. This should work out fine. I drew a quick sketch for myself to see how this would work out. and I think it will work o.k., but lay it out to see.

    I actually love the fabrics and colors and think it will be handsome...
    Not sure why you need to rip it out, that is, what is "not working" because it looks fine from my perspective.
