    There's no reason not to continue as you have been. Just do each "column" of blocks with sashing top, bottom and on left side. It'll work...and your blocks look great!! I don't see any issues worth tearing it all apart!!

    This is a wonderful boy quilt. Just bite the bullet and 'unsew', you will love it when it is finished.
