I love that fabric. I guess ugly in in the eye of the beholder. I would gladly take it off your hands. The colors are wonderful. I can think of so many possibilities.
If you really don't like it offer it for sale in the classified section. Someone, maybe me, will snatch it up.

Okay...so I've read all your comments and it has me looking at the fabric in a whole new light...
I pulled some pinks out of my stash and it goes well with them...so I'm thinking a pink & white baby quilt with this as the backing?? :)

beauty is in the eyes... i look at that fabric and can think of a dozen different projects it would work great in- and if there's 4 yards of it it could probably back a quilt too...everyone has different tastes-
