I obviously echo the sentiments of many others, it is lovely and grown up. If for some insane reason the youngster doesn't appreciate it I am sure that anyone of the loyal readers of QB would be glad to take it off your hands. LOL You know she will adore it!

I LOVE the Umbrella girl. I have made 3 Sunbonnet Sue quilts and 1 Sam but haven't made the Umbrella girl. Can you tell us if this is a pattern that is available for purchase or is it in a book. I would love to make my great granddaughter one of these too. I love the polka dots too, just makes the quilt look "sassy". Great job and thank you for sharing with us.
