A while back I asked the quiltingboard members for an ocean themed quilt and I was not disappointed. There were several beautiful quilts suggested but I settled on a small, fast project for the baby shower of DH's good friend. They're very big on tropical fish so they are having an ocean themed nursery and wanted bright colors. I couldn't find much in the stores that they didn't already have purchased from their registry so I decided to make them a quilt.

This should fit right in with their nursery theme. It is wonderful, bright and cheery! Something baby can use for a long time.
