Hello from Cornwall. I have done a log cabin for DH and meandered all over it with my Janome 9000. A lady on this site recommended starting the quilting on an area near to you and work backwards away from you when stitching. I have always worked forwards. The first way is much more sensible because you are less likely to cross over any previous stitching.
I love your quilt, just my colours. The applique makes it more special. Hope your DH feels better soon.

Your "Uneven Log Cabin" quilt is just Beautiful!! I want to make my daughter one like this... she's been waiting for years for the perfect pattern... and we just found it in yours. Would you please send me the cutting instructions and/or pattern??? please, please, pretty please.... If you have the fabric yardage quotes, that would be great for me too! Please PM me at [email protected]. Thanking you very much for your help... Sincerely, Lucille of Florida :)
