    Thanks for posting that. I have something similar which I picked up in Greece quite some years ago. The pattern is more circular, and I thought, at the time, I would make a square dance skirt with it. Couldn't bare to cut it. These are some terrific motivational ideas. Now I can envision actually using the fabric. Think I'll throw it on a design wall and listen to what it has to say. I'm sure it'll talk.

    Some things were'nt meant to be cut. This would make a great Center piece to focus around. If nothing else just keep adding borders and quilt around the design. Beautiful piece. Handle it sweetly.

    Oh I just love it! You found a great deal.
    I would add solid black for borders and quilt with the gold color motifs that are similar to the design in the panel for a whole cloth type quilt. Lovely!

    I would use as a panel and just add borders or like someone else suggested use it for a backing. Or you could send to me do you need my address?

    I'd add a black border to it. Quilt around the design, and you have a very different quilt!

    It kind of looks like African Wax Print fabric. Google that and see what you think.

    boy i'd make that the center of a quilt. spray baste or use fusible batting. then quilt the design. great find!
