Are you sure that is shouldnt be 60 X 75? I have actually decided that the bigger our sewing rooms are, the more stuff we collect. It is always nice to have a sewing room for just sewing stuff! I know you will enjoy SO much when it is done,
don't forget to post an updated picture upon completion. The waiting is the hard part.

Love the floor, but I am afraid I would get claustrophobic in that space.
Hope no one was injured in the fire. Were you able to get the smole smell out?
