    Default Update: Grandmother's Flowergarden!

As we had rain yesterday and no gardening was possible I went to my Flowergarden and sewed on the binding! And made a colorful binding and it fits perfect to the quilt! I attached some pictures: the finished quilt, sewing the binding, the back sewed together with left over fabrics and a look at the quilting!
    Have a nice day!

Very nice! A different take on a scrappy GFG. I like it.

Very nice. I seldom see a finished GFG. They seem to always be "in progress.". Congratulations on your good work.

    The quilting really enhances it.

Absolutely beautiful quilt. There's another thread on scrappy pieced backs, and I just want to tell you that yours is wonderful!

It is lovely. I'm in the process of making one now so I know it's a lot of work!

Great GFG. I love the quilting. The diagonal threads seem to make the flowers dimensional in the photos. Good job!
