What a beautiful quilt! Very striking. I'm really impressed with your applique work. Thank you for your idea of putting the quilting design onto freezer paper. I have a quilt right now that is ready to quilt (a qayg) and I am going to try your idea. What a great concept!

Beautiful job capturing our Louisiana flavor. You did a wonderful job with the applique and a great idea with the freezer paper. I love the fleur de lis in your FMQ. Your friends will certainly appreciate all the work you did. Thanks for sharing! Louisiana Sunsets is a perfect name too.
