I'm still laughing about your poor hubby. Men don't get it. We like to set up our sewing rooms like a workshop studio. Your studio is fabulous BTW, not excessive at all. LOL

I quilt with 2 friends and we tell each other about sales. It is good and bad. I ended up with so much I can barely move from its weight. Quilting is a group thing as well a a single hobby. I went to a Ruth McDowell work shop and she reported she has 3 friends who get together once each month to share their works. I loved her idea and try to do that. She is a wonderful teacher and has several books available.

Here is a pic of us 3 giving a co worker a quilt we jointly made. It is in honor of her 41 years of work.

Hey, you need to have all that stuff to be creative, right? Ask him how much he has in his garage as far as nuts and bolts. My husband had his in clear plastic containers and he has lots of them so you deserve all your spools and needles and rotary cutting blades, etc. I bet he is proud of what you make and you couldn't make it if you didn't have your "STUFF". So enjoy the organization. Good Job!!! Jan
