very pretty. I love that. I think borders will do fine. then binding in purple will be very great.

Lovely. I side with the no borders group - just a white or purple binding.

It's beautiful - purple is one of my favorite colors (my DGD's too). I think picking one color from the quilt would work as a border. It looks like you have a wide border in white on two sides, maybe adding white borders on the other sides, then maybe a 4-5" border (not sure how wide your strips are in the quilt. What about using a purple flange, or check out MSQC for the tutorial where Jenny makes a 2 color binding which results in the appearance of a narrow flange.

I like PurplePassion's idea of not using purple borders. I love the look you have already.

Thanks for the border ideas. I experimented with white and with no borders, then and decided I liked my original idea best. Here is the way it turned out.

I think a simple dark purple will frame out this lovely quilt. Another great quilt Dina! Glad to see Hot Rod posing again.

Love purple and I love this quilt. Can you show us a picture both with a border and without? Look forward to seeing what you figure out. BrendaK

Love your quilt! I might just go with a purple binding on this one!
