Default Update on quilt for National Parkinson Foundation fundraiser

Finished!! Today I'm delivering this lap quilt for the National Parkinson Foundation fundraiser being held this weekend in our local community. They will be raffling off donations along with a book sale. I'm excited to donate this quilt in my Dad's honor as he suffered from this terrible disease. He was an awesome man & I miss him.

Beautiful! I love this pattern and the fabrics and colors you used. Another group I was on did a swap of the D4P and I started it. But I couldn't get the block size right, it always came out just too big--had to be all the same, so I stopped. I think it was the issue of using a scant 1/4" seam. I kept that block and the fabrics and will finish it some day!
