Terri, please may I come and live with you and play in your sewing room? It's lovely! I'll bring Kitchen and Satchmo, their colours would totally compliment the lovely tangerine walls!

    LOL

Yea, Sue, I know. I have a problem at times trying to finish things. I don't care tho...they'll get done sooner or later. :)

WA is or could be a possibility. I was there visiting and I saw no rain at all. Was weird. Even asked my friend where all the rain was. She said that alot of people just blow it out of proportion about the rain. Rain doesn't bother me...we are in rainy season right now, so rain pretty much all day everyday, then again, it does rain everyday at my house no matter what day it is...well, sometimes. We did go for a week or 2 without, but once it started, it didn't want to stop. lol

I didn't pick the color of the walls here. They were painted that color. I just don't see the reason to change wall color if I'm only going to be in a place for a couple years. Plus, the money I spent on paint, could be used to buy fabric! :)
Come on, bring the kitties! I'm sure Monique would love to play, not sure about the Big Boy, but he'll just hide in my bedroom, so all will be good. :)

I would love to go back to RI, but don't see that in the cards. Really nothing there for me anymore. :(

I'm glad you said that a tidy room is the sign of a sick mind because NOTHING in my house is tidy. lol

I believe your right. Its been GORGEOUS here the last week or so. It doesn't rain everyday. I've heard many people say/act like it does. But nahhhhhh. I've been here since 1976 when Dad retired from the Navy. and I love it here........ I love the mountains, the water........

Hopefully we are out of here mid to late March.
I just paid Tipping Fee (trash collection) up to that time, so I really don't want to lose my money on it. lol. They can keep the $10 for all I care :)

Yes, my room is pretty much in a circle. I can start at one area and work my way around the room.
The color sort of grows on you. It was originally Courtney's room. She has asked if we could paint it and the landlord said yes as long as they approved of the color. Then she decided she LIKED the color, so we found the curtains and without even thinking, they matched perfectly!
