    Default Update on Southwest quilt...

I am a little over half done with the top of my Southwest quilt that I was so concerned about...wondering if it really would look Southwest.

Here is where I am, and even I think it looks Southwest now. Thanks to all who encouraged me to just keep going. And I will just keep going until I am done....

Oh, the pattern is Navajo by Blanche Young, in her book called Tradition with a Twist.

(I don't always mean to have my quilt inspector in the picture, but my sewing room is small and there is no place to put the chair that is out of the picture....and he is nearly on the chair that we share when I sew. Plus, I think he likes to be helpful, I do know he likes to be where I am. )

I'm always pleased when Hot Rod is in the picture! Your quilt is coming together beautifully.
