    this was for jetnica...but I forgot to take a picture of the final product!

    I had laid it out several ways and asked my family for their opinion and then made the block...duh moment when I packed it up for mailing.

    This is Jupiter's finished block...there's over 45 pieces to this along with the embroidered center block.

    Won't say how many hours here....

    Let's say "y" seams all together... "Y"

    There's 4 of them plus all bias angles...

    Phew I'm glad it's done

    Thats what they call a Y seam? Ive made something like that and didnt find it near as hard as paper piecing!! You did a excellent job! I love the colors!!! Brave woman you are!

    Oh Jupiter I'm glad you like it. It even lays pretty flat, lol.

    It was a true learning experience.

    After seeing your wonderful work I really didn't want to send a 9 patch to you :)
