    If I want good quality wool, I usually go to the thrift shops and check out the dresses and any wool jackets. very few wool blankets down here. Thermal blankets work pretty well, just a little hard to handle.

    I spent a couple of days with my old roommate, and I asked for another blanket. She brought out one that had a similar batting. It was so heavy, but I slept so soundly and so warm under it. I loved it!
