    Default Using what's on hand

Cleaned and reorganized my sewing room finally and came across some leftover string blocks and a basket full of four patch I had put away. Put together this scrappy with them. Haven't done much sewing for awhile due to family things keeping me busy. It was good to get back to it.

Very pretty! I love the scrappy quilts. I haven't done one as I really don't feel I have enough variety in colors in my stash.

Your quilt very pretty--kinda bright, but still soft.

Very pretty. I had a bit of a sorting day to day.....I really need to use what is on hand and pronto. I have an enormous pile of fabric and have run out of shelving......time to sew and forget about other stuff for a while. Your quilt is very inspiring!

Love love what you have done!! Never would have thought of using your blocks in the sashing but I think it looks awesome! Great job of using what you have.

I love these string quilts and especially like the sashings in between. Great job.

A pretty scrappy! Great use of colors, and nice idea of the 4-patches for sashing.
