I got it out of a magazine, can't remember which one. Will look for it after work this evening. The heart are fuse together with wonder under than stitched down the middle.

I do apologize for the delay. The wall hanging is called "Heart to Hearts" it is 18" x 30" from McCalls Quilting Jan/Feb 2012 issue.
