Thanks! I wash the old wool clothes at least twice, sometimes three times if I think it needs it. For small wool pieces, I just use pins. But if it acts like it is going to shift or is a large wiggly piece, I take the time to thread baste it. Some wool felts up better than others. It takes trial and error to get it all figured out, but it's very fun and addictive!

Darcy, My book came today and I am so excited. I can't wait to get started on a new project. First, I have to visit some thrift shops because wool is so expensive. Thank you for getting it to me so quickly. Joann :-D
