I love doing the big meals as well. Today, we roasted a chicken so there's some sandwich nights on the horizon for my family, :lol: . I really love to cook so some nights it's a toss up for me but the pieces were already cut so it was pretty simple to sew them up and iron while the pasta cooked and then once the casserole was in the oven, I put the rectangles together to make the heart blocks.
