Default Variation of Giraffe Growth Chart - two children

Hi everyone! A few months ago I posted a picture of the giraffe growth chart I made for our adorable granddaughter. Today I finished another one - this one for the two wee ones who live next door. I put their daughter's name and measurement strip on the left (she's 7 months) and their son's name and strip on the right(he'll be three at Xmas). So now the kids can grow up comparing their measurements and having fun! I just delivered it and saw the biggest smiles. Hmmmm, maybe it was the toy truck we left behind that made Oscar so happy. Or maybe it was seeing the bug on a skateboard. LOL! What fun quilting is!

I love the shoes on the lady bug. Adorable.

Thanks! I forgot to mention that I left writing space between the strips and the legs (unquilted areas) and gave them a pigma pen (permanent) so that they could record any information they felt was important like the date etc.

That is just too cute! The bugs add a fun touch, and the giraffe looks very happy. A delightful gift!
