The Sunflower Block is the 1st Block in the very first BOM ever which was designed by Robyn Pandolph. I have most of the second one done, but had to take it out cuz it got coffee stained on it...GGGRRRR!!! It's a beautiful pattern. Here's a picture of it...well dh is sick and just got up so I'll get that pic in a few minutes, sorrry! It truly is a beautiful pattern!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful quilts and blocks. Love the sunflower and wow, that Carol Doak PP block is so beautiful. Are you planning a whole PP quilt / wallhanging using this design?

I did a swap for about a year using that CDpp book, and got some wonderful blocks from all over. That particular one though I did do myself and kept it cuz I liked it for winter! I have enough to make a full size quilt and then some. I keep fiddleing around with which to put where, ya know. But, I would love to do more; they are a lot of fun to do. I love paper piecing. I'll have to dig them out and put up some more for those who think they are hard. they are really not hard. I changed the colors to the colors I liked on some of them. Just keeping myself in Vellum is the trick...LOL! I copy all of them by hand cuz I don't have the CD. I bought my book used, so...

Some have asked for pics of my work. I don't even think about taking pics usually. I just do it and give it away. Here are pics of mainly blocks, not many, I love, love applique, but...Oh well. with all the talent on this board, I hate showing my bitty, bitty work!!
    Happy Halloween everyone -
