    I made this playmat-size quilt for a baby shower gift. I gave the mom the quilt and a copy of the book...it was a big hit! I just love children's books and being able to incorporate a classic like VHC into a quilt makes my day. I liked it so much I bought another panel and plan to make another one for a friend who just told me she was pregnant, due in November.

    I want to make a VHC quilt, but the kits are way too expensive for my budget. I should look for the panel to make a small one like yours. I like it. You did a great job.

    Wow, great colors and fabulous quilting. Doesn't look like a panel from here. I can see how it was a big hit. It's wonderful.
