    Wash in cold water with color catcher or one of the other products. I use Orvua wa gel I get from a farm store, or some quilt stores carry it which is suppose to catch the colors. Line dry or dryer on low setting. It is such a beautiful quilt it would be a shame if the colors run. It is wise to take extra precration to prevent it as much as you can since there are products on the market today to eliminate or reduce the bleeding.
