Your quilt is charming (no pun intended)!
I need to make 3 baby quilts soon and would like to make one like yours. However, I would need some clarification on your method of construction... When you say that the quarter-charm pieces are "placed" on the muslin, batting & backing "in a grid pattern", do you mean that they are appliqued to the sandwiched materials rather than pieced together with sashing?
If they are appliqued to the sandwich, did you turn the edges under or leave them raw to rag/fray?
