    That's my chicken!! I used to make these for Easter. I put candy inside a plastic egg for my kids. Wait a minute, my kids are over 50! Yikes! They got old! :-)

    I hope somebody comes up with the pattern! I remember my kids getting them as Easter gifts, and now I would love to make one for my granddaughter.

    That is so cute!! My grandmother tried to teach me to crochet but it didn't work. Now she is gone and my Mom has Alzheimer's. It is something they both would have made and loved.

    I had forgotten all about these.Mom had them sitting around as egg covers for decoration. This is a brilliant idea to use them as pincushions! Thanks for the memories. Now to find the pattern
