Default Vintage Windmill by Krista Moser

My LQS here in Snohomish has been having sew a longs to keep us involved in quilting and not feeling so isolated and to keep her business and employees working. Most have been of the mystery variety with an instruction sheet/video sent out weekly on Friday. A few weeks ago we started Vintage Windmill by Krista Moser, the only requirement was to purchase the pattern. They offered 3 colorways for kits or you could pick your own or use fat quarters from stash. I used some fat quarters that I had and just needed to get the background, grey in triangles and a couple of fat quarters to bring my total fat quarters to 20. We shared our progress with other members on facebook, was fun way to keep in touch and see what everyone was doing. The first picture is against my slider and the light makes it look like it is almost stained glass. Krista makes this so easy (there are no Y seams involved) and everything fits together so perfectly.
