Very pretty.... I love the satin binding. Never thought of using it before.

So glad you are on here and sharing with the rest of us! That is a gorgeous quilt. I will bet your MIL loved it. The satin binding really does set it off. And the embroidered blocks are exquisite!

Thank you all for such kind words. The designs are embroidered, I have an embroidery machine. I usually create my own designs, but the flowers seemed to be fitting for her, since she loved flowers. I never had tried to use satin binding before or since. I had that in my stash and it was so soft I had hoped it would add to the softness I wanted for her. Again, thank you so much.. your comment mean so much to me. I will post some other things I have done. This place is awsome.
