The first is a wallhanging at an office at a special camp for special kids. It is hung in a corner and on a 90 degree angle. This camp gets lots of quilts for the kids and puts them even in the restroom. The second quilt was hung in the girls' restroom.

Why are they on walls instead of being used by needy kids?

Most of the quilts used for decoration are too small for the kids. And the quilts brighten up the place for the kids, too.
