    Now I just have to figure out how to quilt it....thinking echo quilting....what do you guys think?????

    I liked doing this pattern so much, I think I will make a quilt to match and put both in the bedroom.

    It is called Ivy Twist by Annette Ornelas

    I found it on the ttfabrics.com website....it was made with neutral backgrounds and pretty batik ivy.....but I had just bought the jewel tone fabrics and thought the black background would make them pop....I love it, if I do say so myself!!!

    I can't tell ... is that applique or piecing? It sure is nice, no wonder you want to continue on with it.

    It is pieced, then the loose edges are appliqued down. It really did not take long at all, I finished this top in three days.
