First THANK YOU all for the nice comments.I can say after this quilt I think I am going to do just mine for quite awhile .I love the quilting part of it ,just not sure if I could do it anymore on someone elses quilts. I want to thank each and everyone of you for the comments.I guess I am am just a little worried that after getting it in hand she isn't going to like it as much as she does with the pictures and I am all about making people happy. I guess that saying on how we are our worst critics is really true. Never noticed this as much as I do after reading the comments.

not being nice would be flaming and we do not do that here. Anyway, you did a GOOD job and should not expect to be flamed...

I think you did a great job putting it together. Very pretty. Your quilting looks very nice. I'm wondering what type of batting you used to get that soft, poofy look.

Lovely quilting. I'll agree that I'd do more quilting in the centers but it's pretty as is!

I think that you did a wonderful job on this and that your friend is going to love it. I think your stipple looks great & I like how you made the stars puff up. Good job! I have a Juki TL 98 Q on a Little Gracie Frame. I got it a couple of years ago. What type of set up do you have? I, too, would love to learn how to do feathers. Every time I do them they remind me of the Loch Ness Monster!

I think how you quilted it really made the quilt block pop out. I love how you put the blocks together besides being a sampler it sparkles red white and blue. Well done.

I think it looks great! =) and I find it sad that your first thought was that you would be criticized. If your not doin' your not tryin'..not tryin' means your not learnin'. Keep On Keepin' On and all that good stuff. =) I quilt on a frame with a Bernina. My goal is to branch out of stipple and try feathers and PLANNED quilting. I can feather free motion but haven't really tried it with the quilt on the frame. Your doing great!
