OMG! It's a real beauty. Watcha gonna do with it? Put an ad in your local paper to see if someone lost a watch and see it they can describe it. Maybe you'll get a reward. Or at the very least know you've done a good thing.

Someone is probably very sad they lost their $50 watch. I wonder if there is a way to post in the local Craigslist or newspaper to see if anyone claims it. It would be a long shot that's for sure.

If you post it on craigslist DO NOT post a picture of it. Who knows what kind of crazies are out there. Simply say when and where you found it and then if someone calls ask them to describe it. If they can't, it's not theirs. Gotta be safe.

Found yours on the Penny's site, exact copy except that yours does not have the 12 and 6 on it, no numbers at all. It retails at 52 dollars, so I'm sure no one will regret losing a family heirloom.

I'm sure someone is sick at heart over losing their watch. Trying to find the owner is the right thing to do.

I THINK I heard that you should turn it in to the police and if no one claims it in a certain amount of time, it's yours.

I gave it to the police to keep...said after 30 days I can get it back if nobody claims it...I'm going to put an ad in the local paper also...I can only imaging the person is wanting it back!!
