Default watercolor Triple Irish Chain top is together

It's big--I think 88 by 108. The first border is the secondary rust I used--ran out of my favorite rust and could not find it anywhere. There's a bit of it in the blocks. I tried to like the blue or light for an inner border, but decided to go with the rust. My husband is a tall guy but it's too big for him to hold it out for full effect. Once it's quilted and bound--with blue--I'll lay it in the grass for a photo. I worked on several little projects while this was in progress so it took awhile.

    Now to create a back.

It looks wonderful. I hate it when you can't find anymore of your fave fabrics. That what I call vintage fabric.

Great quilt! I have some favorite fabrics too, don't you wish you could find a bolt somewhere. I keep looking, one of these days, maybe.

Your quilt makes me think of a pond covered with autumn leaves...just small bits of the water showing thru...lovely!
