Default Which way is north?

Hello everyone. My daughter wanted a Mariner's compass quilt. I wasn't sure that I could make that. It looked so difficult in the beginning. But when I stared working on it I've got the hang of it. So this is what I made for her. Thanks for looking and happy quilting

You didn't just make her a Mariner's Compass, you made several of them! Beautiful quilt, and I love the embroidered initials for the points of the compass. What a treasure she has now!
