    As a cake decorator myself, I HAD to check out this thread! I love the quilt -- it's really effective and a terrific representation of a wedding cake! What a lovely and thoughtful gift.

    Thank you all. It is a favorite pattern of mine. Several of you have asked since I first wrote this....
