    That's a great idea and an idea to do with mine. Mine is 43 yrs old ... some yellowed and no one will wear it as everyone is and was taller than I and of course wished to have one of their own choice! Thanks for sharing ...

    beautiful quilt. got to show this one to my niece as she's now wondering why she's storing her dress away and never looking at it. with this type of quilt she's have the memories every day. lovely idea.

    wow -- thanks for the great idea! My only child, my son, married last fall. My only niece isn't interested in the dress so maybe I'll repurpose it into a soft, silky quilt!

    I hope I can make mine to be half as beautiful as yours is. Congratulations.
