I think your quilting pattern goes perfectly with the pattern of the quilt front. It will be a beautiful Christmas gift.

    What to do???
I believe this was posted on August 19, 2017. On August 23, 2017 my step daughter sent me a text message saying Alesia has told our grandson that she wants a divorce. They haven't even been married a year yet. I was SHOCKED to say the least. As quilters know, there is a LOT of work that goes into one of these quilts. Not to talk about the $$$$'s involved. This was made for a special occasion and now they are going to undo this. I can't split the quilt in half and give half to each of them. I am heart sick about this but I don't think I am going to send the quilt at all. Opinions would be appreciated.

Oh no! So sad for everyone. Esp the children (child). Hold on to the quilt. You will find a special someone to give it to. Prayers for the couple...perhaps they will get some "help". The first year od marriage can be a challenge esp when children are invlolved etc. New roles to fill.
