Weed Whacker with a vine border
#1
I started this quilt right after Christmas. I had a deadline and needed it to be done before the end of January. It's a raffle quilt and will be hand quilted by a group of church quilters soon.
I thought I would blog about my progress on Saturdays in January to ensure that I'd meet my deadline. This free pattern of Bonnie Hunter's (quiltville.com) was so slick, that I was done about 10 days early. I added a vine border instead of the suggested one in the pattern, and it was almost as much work as the middle of the part of the quilt.
Since it's done in Fall colors I named it Autumn Swirl.
